The buoy body features a diameter of 750mm and a wall thickness of 3mm. It utilizes a streamline oval ball shape crafted from 316L stainless steel. The lower half shell is pressed into a hemispherical shape in one piece, supported by a robust internal structure to meet rigorous deployment force requirements. The internal cylindrical sealed chamber undergoes degaussing treatment, housing all circuit components and instruments to eliminate seawater leakage risks.
The upper shell employs sheet metal stamping with solar power panels anchored across six uniform planes. The top is fitted with a flat 316L blind plate for watertight installation of antennas, warning lights, and signal devices. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying for superior corrosion resistance and anti-biofouling properties.
Wave Sensor
Measures wave height (0-30m), cycle (2-25s), and direction (0-360°). Supports energy and direction spectrum analysis.
Warning Light
Solar-powered, IP68 waterproof, with a visual distance of ≥5 nautical miles.
AIS Communication
Solar-powered with ≥3 nautical miles communication distance; IP68 rated.
Communication: Supports Beidou (RDSS/3rd Gen), 4G/5G (Mobile/Unicom), TCP/UDP/FTP/HTTP protocols, and transparent data transmission. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.
Mooring System: Includes 10 meters of Φ6 304 stainless steel chain, 150 meters of Kevlar fiber rope, all-stainless steel shackles and swivels, and a 10KG holding power anchor.
