The cleaning of solar panels becomes quick, easy and effective with the Solar Panel Cleaning Brush. It includes Brush, Water Pipe, Water Connector and Telescopic Pole in different sizes. The double-head-balanced photovoltaic washer is a hand-held washer equipped with three types of telescopic rods to enable long-distance cleaning of a 3.5 - 7.5 meter photovoltaic power plant.
The double brush head rotates in the opposite direction and receives a balanced force. The frictional force of the high speed rotation of the electric brush also sprays water, rubbing the surface of the PV panel strongly, removing dust, sticky stains and stubborn ones.
Double-head, cleaning width up to 65cm. A single person can clean 500-700 square meters per hour. In an 8-hour workday, it can cover 3500-5000 square meters (approx. 1.2MW-1.6MW cleaning volume).
To facilitate remote cleaning, the product adopts double brush heads to rotate in the opposite direction to balance the power, which can be held by one hand. Compared with single brush head or roller brush products, the double brush head structure is more stable and easier to use, ensuring workers do not get tired and the equipment does not run off course at long distances.
EB-01 is equipped with four water sprinklers at the front and rear ends of the brush head to shoot fan-shaped spray. This forms a powerful water curtain which can quickly drive sewage down the panel, improving cleaning efficiency by 75%.
Adopts export-grade waterproof butt joints and a brushless waterproof motor. The integrated structure prevents water soaking, short circuits, and oxidation rust, making it reliable even on rainy days.
The telescopic rod adopts a locking buckle structure for arbitrary locking, providing three lengths: 3.5m / 5.5m / 7.5m. This allows for cleaning vertical photovoltaic panel arrays of up to 4 rows easily.
Theoretical life of more than 10,000 hours. High dustproof and waterproof performance ensures durability in harsh environments. Brushless motors offer high efficiency, smaller size, and no carbon brush wear compared to traditional motors.
