Made of high-quality Q235 steel, it features excellent shaping and welding capabilities. The welding joints of the light pole are closely processed and ground through multiple stages. After three rigorous QC inspections, the pole undergoes hot-dip galvanization and high-temperature immersion to create a dense zinc layer. This effectively resists oxygen and chemical corrosion, especially in coastal areas, slowing down the aging process significantly.
Equipped with high-quality A-grade Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) or Ternary Lithium batteries. These batteries undergo strict screening and testing. LiFePO4 offers a higher cycle life (approx. 2000 cycles) compared to Ternary Lithium (approx. 500 cycles). Ternary Lithium is highly suitable for colder northern climates, while Lithium Iron Phosphate is ideal for southern regions.
The lamp composition focuses on the shell and beads. The die-cast aluminum shell provides superior heat dissipation and IP65 waterproof/dustproof protection. Thicker aluminum materials ensure stronger structural integrity and better thermal management, extending the overall lifespan of the LED components.
We utilize high-power lamp beads which offer slower light decay and a longer lifespan compared to standard SMD beads. This ensures consistent brightness and high luminous efficiency (up to 150 lm/w) over many years of operation.
